Eimear is a post-merger integration and transformation leader, specializing in turning M&A strategy into execution with a hands-on, people-first approach. A graduate of Bayes Business School and Queen Mary University of London, she excels at creating value post-acquisition by developing target operating models and leading cross-functional programs.
