Eli Dias

Eli Dias is the Chief Executive Officer of Galliard Homes, one of the UKs largest private residential developers. He has risen through the company since 2012, previously serving as Investment and Development Director. A graduate of Northumbria University, he holds a first-class degree in Building Project Management and provides strategic leadership across the group.

Outside of his corporate role, Eli is committed to philanthropy and endurance challenges. He has participated in all three of the London Classics—a 100-mile cycle, a 2-mile open water swim, and the London Marathon—to raise funds for Norwood, a charity that provides vital support to children and families.

He has co-founded a social group aimed at connecting young Jewish professionals in Essex and East London.
