Eli Dias

Eli Dias is the Chief Executive Officer at Galliard Homes, where he has built his entire career. Since joining from Northumbria University in 2012, he has risen through the ranks from a Development Analyst, demonstrating deep expertise in property investment and development before his appointment to CEO in 2023.

Outside of his corporate role, Eli is passionate about endurance sports and philanthropy. He has taken on the grueling London Classics challenge, which includes a 100-mile cycle, a 2-mile open water swim, and the London Marathon, to raise money for charities that provide vital support to children and families.

Interesting fact: Eli was appointed CEO of Galliard Homes at the age of 34, taking leadership of the company where he began his career.
