Elizabeth Winch

Elizabeth is the PMO & Operations Performance Manager at ISS A/S, where she has progressed through roles in change management and communications. She is focused on operational excellence and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sussex.

She is passionate about community engagement and social causes. Her activities include supporting initiatives for young people with special educational needs and participating in environmental efforts like local park clean-ups for Earth Day.

She took part in the first-ever Youth Parliament for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
