Outside of her professional life, Ellie is a working mother living in Cornwall. The idea for her business was born from her own search for a quality adult non-alcoholic drink while being a busy parent. She is also a supporter of local Cornish art, commissioning a local artist for her brands design.
Her sparkling wine is uniquely infused with an elixir of vitamins and botanicals like damask rose and ashwagandha, selected with a naturopath and medical herbalist.
