Elliott Rae, an MBE recipient, is a prominent UK voice on modern fatherhood and masculinity. He founded the culture change program "Parenting Out Loud" to help employers support working dads. A former Head of Diversity & Inclusion in the UK government, he is also an author and BBC presenter.
His advocacy is deeply connected to his personal life, stemming from his own mental health experiences following the traumatic birth of his child. He is a passionate advocate for gender equality, serving as a UN Women UK delegate, and values time spent with his family.
For his work on fatherhood and diversity and inclusion, Elliott was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2021 Queens Birthday Honours.
