Emilio Say is the Head of Field Sales at PepsiCo, where he has built a long-term career progressing through Go-To-Market and sales productivity management roles. A graduate of Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, he is now leading his team on a new digital sales journey.
His professional focus has been centered on the Central America and Caribbean (CARICAM) region, demonstrating a deep understanding of that market. Personally, he shows an interest in the technology sector, following leading hardware companies like ASUS.
After five successful years managing Go-To-Market strategy in the CARICAM region, he was promoted to his current leadership role.
