Emily Painter

Emily Painter is the Principal of Emily Painter Interiors and the co-founder of Freshly Set, a tabletop rental company. Educated at Villanova University and Meredith College, she honed her skills under renowned designers Margaret Kirkland and Amanda Lindroth before launching her own successful firms. Her design style blends classic Southern tradition with relaxed, island-inspired aesthetics.

Based in Florida, Emily draws significant inspiration from her Southern upbringing in Atlanta and travels. She is a mother to two young boys and is passionate about entertaining, which led her to create a business that makes beautiful tabletop decor more accessible. She enjoys collecting artwork that can move with her family, making each new space feel special.

Emily was named one of Luxe Magazines "Next in Design 99" and has been featured in publications like Southern Living and Coastal Living.
