Emma MacDonough is the Director of Basketball Operations at Binghamton University. A graduate of Saint Michael’s College with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration, she is now pursuing an MBA with a leadership concentration. Her experience includes a graduate assistantship at Le Moyne College.
As a former two-year captain of her college basketball team, Emma is passionate about mentoring female athletes. She has extensive experience coaching youth basketball for AAU programs and at summer camps, demonstrating a commitment to developing young players and celebrating women in sports.
Emma comes from a family deeply rooted in basketball; her father is a college athletics Hall of Fame inductee and her sister also plays collegiate basketball.
