Eric is an ICF-certified executive coach and the founder of Next Decision Coaching. A former Partner and COO at Ernst & Young, where he grew a practice to 800 people and $200M in revenue, he now helps leaders and entrepreneurs navigate strategic decisions. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. People often describe him as insightful, motivating, and effective.
Outside of coaching, Eric is a father of two boys and is married to a doctor. He enjoys traveling internationally with his family, as well as skiing and hiking. He is an avid soccer fan, holding season tickets for D. C. United and closely following FC Barcelona.
