Esther Chang

Esther Chang is the Creative Director for Sunbrella, the flagship brand of Glen Raven, where she has spent her entire career. A graduate of North Carolina State University, she directs the brand’s design vision, focusing on color theory, textile innovation, and creative collaborations that shape future trends.

Outside of her professional role, Esther draws significant creative inspiration from her travels, citing a trip to Oaxaca, Mexico, as a key influence. She is passionate about observing nature and the beauty of everyday life, which heavily informs her unique design perspective and appreciation for craftsmanship.

Esther spearheads the "Sunbrella Makers" video series, a project that celebrates the stories of global artisans and makers.
