With a background in mechanical engineering, his career began at Bombardier, where firsthand experience with inefficient supply chain workflows inspired him to build a human-centered, AI-native solution for the industry.

Fascinated by the intersection of people and technology, Félix complemented his engineering degree with studies in anthropology and psychology.
