Fanny Bodart

Fanny Bodart is an accomplished real estate Broker/Owner at MaxWell Pro Real Estate and serves as the 1st Vice President for the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce. With a background in law from the University of Brussels, she also holds leadership roles within the New Brunswick Real Estate Association, including Chair of the Committee of Examiners.

Originally from Belgium, Fanny immigrated to Canada in 2007 with her four children. She is deeply passionate about helping other newcomers, drawing from her own experience to support them as they settle in New Brunswick. She is fluent in English, French, and Dutch/Flemish.

Unique fact: Fanny is a licensed Commissioner of Oaths and uses her multilingual skills to help international clients navigate the real estate process.
