Francis Choi is the Assistant General Counsel at Clean Power Alliance, leveraging over 15 years of experience in energy law, policy, and infrastructure finance. Educated at UC Berkeley School of Law and Harvard Kennedy School, he specializes in regulatory affairs, renewable energy transactions, and legislative analysis, previously holding roles at Milbank LLP and within state and federal government.
Outside of his legal career, Francis is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, running, and climbing throughout California.
