Francis Cooper is the founder and baker at Coopers Bakehouse, a South East London micro-bakery specializing in organic, wood-fired bread. Previously, he held executive roles, including CEO of the University of Westminster Students Union, and holds a postgraduate diploma from CASS Business School, showcasing a unique blend of corporate leadership and artisanal craft.

Francis is passionate about sustainable and community-focused business practices. His bakery utilizes slow-fermentation techniques, uses all-renewable electricity, and delivers exclusively by bicycle to local neighborhoods.
