Francisco is a Marine Corps artillery officer transitioning into finance through a DoD Skillbridge program in debt capital markets at Roberts & Ryan. He has prior experience in political consulting and at his familys logistics firm. He holds a B. A. in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.
As the son of Cuban immigrants, Francisco grew up in Mexico for over a decade before moving to Louisiana. At Bowdoin College, he was a defensive lineman on the football team. He has a deep interest in civics, political philosophy, and American history, which he has written about extensively.
While deployed in the Eastern Mediterranean, he created and taught a political philosophy and civics course to his fellow Marines.
