Frank Scibelli is the CEO and founder of FS Food Group, a prominent Charlotte-based hospitality company. An alumnus of Wake Forest University, he transitioned from a career in consulting to pursue his passion for food, opening his first restaurant, Mama Ricottas, in 1992. His group now includes multiple successful concepts like Midwood Smokehouse and Pacos Tacos & Tequila.
Inspired by his Italian upbringing, Frank is passionate about creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere in his restaurants. He enjoys traveling to culinary destinations to find inspiration for his menus and is a father of four. He is also actively involved in the Charlotte community, supporting childrens charities like Pats Place Child Advocacy Center and Claires Army.
He opened his first 39-seat restaurant at age 27, which has since grown into a multi-concept group with over 1, 000 employees.
