Gagan Jyot

Gagan Jyot is the Senior Vice President of HR at RMSI, a company she has been with since 1998. With an MBA in HR, she is credited with building a strong, performance-driven culture that led to multiple "Great Place to Work" awards. She was named "Indias Most Influential HR Leader" in February 2026.

Outside of her corporate role, Gagan is deeply committed to social causes. She founded the employee volunteer group Helping Hands at RMSI, leading initiatives that support underprivileged children, womens livelihood programs, and disaster relief efforts. She champions integrating purpose and compassion with professional work.

In February 2026, she received the "Indias Most Influential HR Leader" award at the Bombay Stock Exchange.
