Gareth Hales

He previously founded the global workplace strategy firm Unispace, which he scaled to over 46 locations and 600 employees before transitioning to an advisory role after a decade as Global CEO.
Outside of his corporate roles, Gareth is an active member of the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church and engages in community-focused activities. He enjoys country music and spending time with his family, often hosting large gatherings and barbecues at his home.
He and his brother Charles founded Unispace in 2010 on the back of the global financial crisis and sold it for a reported $300 million in 2021.
