Gareth Hales is the Global CEO of Santé Group, a company specializing in sourcing and deploying essential medical products worldwide. He previously founded the global workplace strategy firm Unispace, which he scaled to over 46 locations and 600 employees before transitioning to an advisory role after a decade as Global CEO.
