Gisela Nones Leyba

Gisela Nones Leyba is a cultural manager and library specialist focused on developing educational and cultural projects. She currently serves as Community Outreach & Event Coordinator at URBE University, leveraging extensive experience from prior high-level roles, including Secretary of Culture for the State of Zulia.

Her career demonstrates a deep passion for social development and community engagement. This is evident through her work with PROSOWA, an organization focused on social programs in Colombia, and her stated interests in global humanitarian organizations like the United Nations and UNICEF.

She was formerly the President of the State Library Foundation of Zulia, driving reading and cultural initiatives.
