Gordie Spater is the CEO of Katahdin Group, where he advises mid-market executives on strategic planning and growth. A Harvard MBA graduate, he previously co-founded, scaled, and successfully exited Kurgo, a leading pet travel products company. This experience as both an entrepreneur and advisor gives him a unique perspective on CEO challenges.
Outside of work, Gordie is an avid skier, mountain biker, and hiker. He is a devoted father of three and has been active in public service, having been elected to the Topsfield School Committee. He lives in Topsfield, MA, with his wife, three children, and two dogs.
