He co-founded e-commerce trailblazer Fabmart in 1999 before co-founding Bigbasket, Indias largest online supermarket, in 2011. He is a proud alumnus of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
A passionate musician, Hari was the guitarist and vocalist for his popular college rock band, "The Thunk. " He is also an avid cricket fan and a member of the Karnataka Cricket Association, often jamming with his sons who also play instruments at home.
Interesting fact: Before becoming a leading entrepreneur, he was part of a rock band at BITS Pilani that played at cultural festivals and music clubs.
