Haylie is an Ocean Engineer and Data Analyst who bridges biology and engineering. With a Masters from Florida Institute of Technology and certifications as a Rescue Diver, she applies her background in marine biology to solve complex problems involving underwater technology and real-world animal interaction.
Outside of work, Haylie is passionate about marine conservation, particularly protecting manatees. This passion evolved from her thesis into a hands-on project with friends. She also draws on her experience as a competitive rugby captain and coach to inform her calm and direct leadership style.
