Heather Beusse Eberhardt

Heather Beusse Eberhardt is a seasoned leader in renewable energy, currently serving as the Senior Director of Renewable Development at BHE Renewables. With over 15 years of experience, her career includes key roles at NextEra and EDF Renewables, focusing on utility-scale solar project development and technology evaluation. She holds an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Based in Portland, Oregon, Heather is actively involved in her communitys energy future, serving as a board member for the Energy Trust of Oregon. She is a proponent of community activism and has participated in local rallies supporting renewable energy initiatives, demonstrating a personal commitment to the cause she champions professionally.

She holds two MBAs: one in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and another from the University of Oregon.
