Horatio Porter is an award-winning finance executive serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the North Texas Tollway Authority. He manages a multi-billion dollar debt portfolio and also serves on the board of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB). He earned his MBA from Texas Christian University.
