Ian Burnell

He is a specialist in cost and contract management for major utility projects, having previously led a £1 billion capital works program. He holds an MSc from Leeds Beckett University.
Recently, Ian relocated to the South Downs for his new role with Portsmouth Water. His professional connections include an interest in his alma mater, the University of Reading.
Unique fact: Ian is leading the commercial aspects of the first new reservoir to be built in the United Kingdom for almost four decades.
