Dr. Jatin P. Shah is a world-renowned surgeon and the Chief of Head and Neck Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he holds the Elliott W. Strong Chair. A graduate of MS University in Baroda, India, he is a global leader in head and neck oncology.
