Jabbok Schlacks is the co-founder and CEO of EquipmentShare, a company he started with his brother Willy to digitize the construction industry. A serial entrepreneur who has built over 15 companies without a formal college education, he is focused on solving contractor pain points through technology that connects assets, people, and materials.

His entrepreneurial journey began as a teenager, building a business with his brother. His upbringing on a rural Missouri commune, which centered on shared resources, directly inspired EquipmentShares concept. He is now deeply invested in supporting the Columbia, Missouri startup community that fostered his own companys growth.
