She leverages over two decades of experience from the financial services sector, where she held executive roles at Aegon, including COO and Chief Risk Officer. Jacqueline holds a degree from Bryant University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
Driven by the challenge of finding qualified tech talent, Jacqueline became a champion for STEM education through non-profit work. This passion led her to establish Franklin Apprenticeships, focusing on creating alternative career pathways for individuals who may have fallen out of the traditional STEM pipeline, thereby unlocking the potential of the American workforce.
After managing portfolios worth over €120 billion at a global financial group, she pivoted to co-found a company focused on workforce development through apprenticeships.
