Jacqui Caine is a strategic leader with a unique background in both international diplomacy and indigenous governance. With degrees in Law and Accounting from the University of Otago, she served for 25 years in foreign affairs, including as New Zealands Ambassador to Chile, before taking a leadership role within her iwi, Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu.
