Jagga is the Co-Founder and COO of Perceptyne, a deep-tech company building humanoid robots in India. A systems-level architect, he has a background in the automotive industry as CTO for an EV startup and program management at Ola. He holds engineering degrees from IIT Madras and a PGDM from SPJIMR.

Outside of his deep-tech focus, Jagga has a background in competitive sports from his university years. He was a member of the IIT Madras Institute Hockey team and also won gold medals in hammer-throw and hockey, and a bronze in javelin-throw in intra-college sports festivals.

He received the 2012 IET Premium Award for a paper he co-authored on modeling electropneumatic brake systems.
