James Bate

James Bate is an experienced engineering leader, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Elevaris Medical Devices. His career includes holding key leadership roles such as Head of Engineering and Director at XL Precision Technologies, where he led a center of excellence and engaged in international engineering collaborations.

Outside of his professional life, James is a family man who enjoys cycling. He was recently encouraged by his daughter, Sophie, to participate in a cycling event. He takes personal pride in the tangible products he has helped create and seeing them used effectively.
