James Hofmann is the Executive Director and CEO of the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), and the 2025 President of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA). A two-decade veteran in the tolling industry with past leadership roles at HNTB, he is a recognized expert in transportation technology and infrastructure. He is an alumnus of Texas A&M University.
He is a leading voice in advancing national tolling interoperability and has chaired IBTTAs Emerging Technologies Committee.
