Janice Midcap

Janice Midcap is a retired senior healthcare executive with extensive experience as a Chief Experience Officer at Camden Clark Medical Center and VP of Quality/Patient Safety. Her career has been dedicated to enhancing patient care, experience, and safety within the West Virginia healthcare system. She holds a Master of Science from Mountain State University.

Following her retirement, Janice continues to be actively involved in community health. She serves on the Board of Directors for Westbrook Health Services, a nonprofit organization focused on providing care for individuals with mental health, developmental, and substance use challenges, demonstrating a continued passion for community well-being.
