Jas Rai

Jas Rai is the CEO of South East Consortium, leveraging extensive experience from leadership roles at The British Library and Sony. She focuses on enhancing performance and culture in mission-led organizations across corporate, public, and charitable sectors. A Chartered Fellow, Jas is recognized by others as a pragmatic, collaborative, and transformational leader with a talent for inspiring those around her.

Outside of her executive roles, Jas chairs the board of Bore Place, an education and environmental charity. This role aligns with her passion for connecting people with nature and supporting community initiatives. She is also a long-time supporter of Arsenal Football Club, finding parallels between her teams successes and her own professional milestones.

Jas has a unique career path, having moved from a Global Head of Talent & Development role at Sonys Tokyo headquarters to leadership in the UK public and charitable sectors.
