A. certifications, he has a deep background in precision agriculture, having founded Farmers Edge Wes. He focuses on sustainable, high-quality food production through innovative farming and business practices.
Outside of work, Jay is a family man who enjoys camping and skiing with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children. He is a supporter of his local community, particularly through his familys active involvement with 4-H programs.
He returned to full-time farming through a unique joint venture, where two non-related families successfully took over a century-old farm operation.
