Jay Freiberg is the Managing Member of Elman Freiberg PLLC, specializing in high-stakes fiduciary and commercial litigation. A Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, he holds a J. D. from The George Washington University Law School and focuses on complex trust and estate disputes.
Outside of the office, Jay is a veteran of numerous road races and triathlons, often making the podium. He resides in Manhattan with his wife and is a recent empty-nester with two children.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jay serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School, teaching legal writing to first-year students.
