Jays interest in sustainable agriculture began at age 17 and evolved into a passion for crop diversification and layered agriculture systems, interplanting coffee with crops like avocados and passionfruit. He enjoys sharing his knowledge by providing farm tours and helping other farmers adopt new, resilient crops and growing techniques.
