Jeff Dover is the President of fsSTRATEGY, a consulting firm specializing in business strategy for the foodservice industry. With an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and extensive experience in hospitality and tourism, he provides expert analysis, design, and implementation support to clients in Canada and internationally.
