Jeff Jones

Jeff Jones is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Bank of Tennessee, bringing nearly four decades of experience to the role. Renowned for his leadership and operational excellence, his career includes a major tenure at Citigroup managing over 3, 000 employees. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University.

Deeply rooted in his community, Jeff is a proud supporter of ETSU football and basketball alongside his family. He actively participates in local causes, including fundraising for youth treatment services through events like "Dancing with the Tri-Cities Stars. " He also serves on the Kingsport Chamber Foundations board.

His career came full circle, as he began working at a division of Bank of Tennessee as a night janitor before becoming an executive.
