Jenna McCoy

Jenna McCoy is the Associate Director of Recruitment and Engagement at CEDARS, a non-profit she has been with for over eight years. She earned a bachelors degree in Human Service Counseling from Wayne State College, where she also ran Cross Country and Track.

Outside of her professional life, Jenna is dedicated to fitness, consistently training in CrossFit five times a week. She enjoys the stress relief it provides and has achieved significant personal goals in strength and gymnastics movements like pull-ups.

She has successfully integrated her passion for fitness with her demanding job, using workouts to de-stress from challenging situations at work.
