Jill Johnson is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL), where she champions inclusion for historically under-resourced entrepreneurs. A Harvard University graduate, she is a nationally recognized thought leader dedicated to solving challenges around access to capital for Women of Color entrepreneurs. Inspired by her entrepreneurial parents, Jill is deeply committed to community economic development and creating pathways to wealth creation for Black and Latinx founders. Her inquisitive nature and willingness to challenge the status quo make her a strong conversationalist and expert moderator. She is married and has four sons.
