Jinny Thibodeau Rankin

Jinny Thibodeau Rankin is the Executive Director of the CDEPNQL, the First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Economic Development Commission. An Anicinapek8e from the Abitibiwinni First Nation with over 15 years at the commission, she is a key figure in fostering Indigenous socioeconomic objectives and holds a graduate diploma in public administration in an Aboriginal context.

She is deeply committed to community empowerment, serving as a co-trainer at the First Nations Executive Education school and as a member of the Native Benefits Plan retirement committee for over 14 years. Her work focuses on creating sustainable, respectful, and mutually beneficial relationships to advance reconciliation.

She is a driving force behind the Grand Economic Circle of Indigenous Peoples and Quebec, a movement fostering dialogue and business partnerships.
