Joanna Bistram

Joanna Bistram is a multidisciplinary sales and marketing professional, currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Operations for Europe at The Collagen Company®. An experienced entrepreneur, she founded the premium fashion brand Dress Point and previously built out operations in Poland for Pandora. She holds a Magister degree from the Gdańsk University of Physical Education and Sport.

Outside of work, Joanna is a passionate world traveler and explorer, always seeking new challenges and adventures. She is a social media content creator and has a keen interest in interior design, where she enjoys helping clients create beautiful and functional spaces. She is described as a positive thinker and a people person.

As the founder of Dress Point, she not only launched a clothing brand but also provided personal image management and styling for private and corporate clients.
