Joe Berti

Joe Berti is the President of Community State Bank, where he has worked since 1996. A lifelong resident of Shelby County, his expertise is grounded in his Agricultural Economics degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, guiding his leadership in the local financial sector.

Beyond his professional role, Joe is a dedicated community member, serving on the South Shelby School District board. He and his wife have two sons, and he enjoys farming and spending time with his family, reflecting his deep roots in the local area.

Joe has dedicated his entire banking career, spanning nearly three decades, to serving his home community at the same institution.
