Joelle Drummond MA (She/Her)🌈

Joelle Drummond is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, co-founding Drop Bear Beer Co. , the worlds first female and LGBTQIA+ founded carbon-neutral alcohol-free brewery. She is also the Director of Sales & Marketing for the traditional Welsh brewery, Tomos Watkin. A Swansea University graduate and Honorary Fellow, she is an expert in brand creation and international trade.

Driven by a passion for social impact, Joelle actively supports the LGBTQ+ community through her companys charity partnership with Galop. She has a strong personal connection to her Welsh heritage, with family ties to the regions coal mining history, which inspires her product innovation. People who have worked with her describe her as determined, passionate, and enthusiastic.

Joelle and her wife acquired and revitalized the historic Tomos Watkin brewery, saving a classic Welsh brand while simultaneously pioneering the alcohol-free market.
