John Eaves

John Eaves is a seasoned executive in the energy sector, having recently retired as the Executive Chairman of Arch Resources after a 37-year career. He previously served as the companys CEO, guiding its strategic shift to becoming a premier metallurgical coal producer. He holds degrees from the University of Kentucky and Harvard University.

Outside of his extensive corporate career, John has been involved in his local community. He previously served on the Board of Trustees for Whitfield School, a private preparatory school in St. Louis, demonstrating an interest in supporting educational institutions.

He dedicated his entire 37-year career to a single company, Arch Resources, rising from marketing roles to become its longtime CEO and eventual Executive Chairman.
