John Wiscaver

John is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Communications at the Grand River Dam Authority. His career spans decades in public affairs and government relations across the energy, healthcare, and insurance sectors for major Oklahoma organizations. He holds a Bachelors degree in Communications and Public Relations from Eastern Illinois University.

Outside of his professional roles, John participates in community and industry events, including local golf tournaments. He has previously been involved with business development groups like the Tulsa Regional Chamber, reflecting an interest in regional economic growth.

For over a decade, John owned and operated his own public relations firm before taking on senior executive roles.
