Juan Perez is the Vice President of Technology at Wealthspire, focusing on infrastructure and IT operations. He has an extensive background in technology leadership, cultivated over a 20-year tenure at NFP, an Aon company, where he progressed through several roles. His professional journey began with service in the United States Marine Corps.

Juan is a supportive leader who publicly celebrates the achievements and career milestones of his colleagues. A proud veteran of the U. S. Marine Corps, he maintains a connection to the military community and values the mentorship and friendships developed throughout his career.

After dedicating over two decades to one company, Juan recently transitioned to a new executive position at Wealthspire in 2024.
