Juan Pinillos

He has held numerous leadership roles, including Police Major for both the Operations and Investigations divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management.
Outside of his official capacity, he is a dedicated husband and father to four daughters. He is passionate about community policing and has served as a mentor and coach for the North Miami Beach Police Athletic League, working to guide the youth in his community.
Unique fact: He began his law enforcement career in 2000 as a Sheriffs Deputy and Narcotics Detective in Louisiana before returning to his native Miami.
