Dr. Julian Sandino is a highly experienced leader in sanitary infrastructure, serving as Vice President and Global Director Emeritus for Wastewater Solutions at Jacobs. With over 35 years of experience, he has guided multidisciplinary teams on more than 300 environmental projects globally. He holds a Ph. D. from The University of Kansas and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Beyond his engineering career, Julian is a passionate percussionist.
